Sarah Schweitzer is a central point of contact for our patients and accompanies many of the processes surrounding a visit to the practice from the very first contact. With her friendly, professional and reliable manner, she makes sure that patients feel well looked after from the first conversation through to their further care.
At reception, Sarah Schweitzer welcomes patients personally, coordinates appointments and is available for organisational questions. In a medical environment in particular, where trust, discretion and respectful treatment are especially important, she contributes significantly to a pleasant and personal atmosphere.
Another focus of her work is patient management. This includes coordinating consultations, treatments and operation dates as well as arranging check-ups and organisational processes. She supports patients with questions about their appointment and helps organise the individual steps before and after a treatment clearly.
Through close cooperation with Dr. Handl, the treating doctors and the entire practice team, Sarah Schweitzer makes sure that information is passed on reliably and appointments are coordinated efficiently. Structured organisation is particularly important for surgical procedures, so that consultation, preparation, surgery and aftercare are optimally coordinated.
In addition to her work at reception and in patient management, Sarah Schweitzer supports the management as an assistant with organisational and administrative tasks. These include coordinating internal processes, organising appointments and communicating with various contacts.
